Anthony and Joe Russo – the two directors responsible for killing Peter Parker in Avengers: Infinity War – had the nerve to show their faces on the set of the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home.
A newly surfaced video features the pair arriving at Franklin K. Lane High School in Brooklyn, the setting of Midtown School of Science and Technology in Spidey’s big screen outings. While the two filmmakers could just be stopping by to say hello, it’s perhaps worth remembering that producer Amy Pascal has previously said that the Jon Watts-helmed film will be starting “a few minutes after Avengers 4 wraps as a story.” We therefore can’t rule out the possibility that the Russos’ visit has something to do with the connections they’ll be making between the two flicks.

Of course, that’s just speculation as it stands, but for sturdier evidence of what to expect from Peter’s next standalone feature, we’ve lately been seeing a whole load of photos and clips featuring the wall-crawler and his likely love interest Michelle “MJ” Jones.
One piece of footage, for example, shows Zendaya and Tom Holland swinging against a blue screen while exchanging a few words. Though the dialogue is hard to make out, some viewers have claimed that they can hear MJ refer to Peter by his real name, implying that she’s aware of his secret identity.
But what’s really got the internet reacting lately are the first images of Spider-Man in his new red-and-black outfit. The costume was first seen in another Peter and MJ video that surfaced last week, and is so far the second new disguise that we know to feature in next year’s release, the other being the dark stealth suit that Holland wore while in Europe.
We’ll see what Spider-Man: Far From Home has planned for Peter, Michelle, and Peter’s new outfits when the film hits theaters on July 5th, 2019. But first, we might get some clue of what the Russo Brothers were up to when Avengers 4 comes out on May 3rd of the same year.
