Jackson) survived his infamous duel with Sheev Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid), during which Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) failed the ultimate loyalty test by intervening on behalf of the usurper instead of coming to Windu’s aid.
Ever since the trailer release of Black Adam, fans have been a little too keen on seeing Doctor Fate portrayed on the big screen, and the film’s producers Beau Flynn and Hiram Garcia are assuring fans that the character will not disappoint.
In an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, the pair expressed their joys at having Hollywood veteran Pierce Brosnan behind the superhero’s famous costume. They also shared the hard work that’s been put into making sure the character’s powers are well executed and adapted for the big screen.

The actor, who portrays Atom Smasher in the upcoming film, spoke with Screen Rant about the ideas of possible spin-offs for the other interesting characters that will appear in the film. He also expressed how wonderful it was being a part of the film, referring to his cast mates as family, and cementing fellow cast mate Hodge’s positive reaction to working with the film’s team.

The actor will be seen as Hawkman in the upcoming DCEU film Black Adam, while he also voices the title hero in the animated feature Green Lantern: Beware My Power. While he admits to resonating with both heroes, he has a special place for one of them.
When asked by The Illuminerdi which character he relates to more, Hodge revealed that John Stewart’s Green Lantern offers an enviable amount of morality that makes him a more than ideal and aspirational superhero to bring to life.
