It was a tough match for the Indians against the West Indies as they lost by a margin of eight wickets. Of late India’s record in T20Is after batting first hasn’t been great and once again that problem came to the fore. In fact skipper Virat Kohli too acknowledged the problem at hand.

With 51 alleged errors logged by site users, the Avengers: Infinity War sequel sits behind only Captain Marvel on the site’s ranking for the year. And while some of these supposed mistakes are certainly debatable, others seem like pretty clear-cut continuity issues.
One mistake that fans picked up on while the film was still in cinemas, for example, is that Ant-Man can be seen in two places at once during the climax: once in the van as he struggles to get the Quantum Tunnel working; then again outside, fighting alongside his fellow superheroes in giant form. Another logged error concerns a breakfast crepe that alternates between being cut in two and shown as a single, uncut piece as the shot changes.
Well, in a film that’s juggling as many characters and elements as Avengers: Endgame, surely it’s inevitable that a few details would slip through the cracks. And besides, if you weren’t a fan of the movie as is, then better food continuity probably wouldn’t have been the thing to save it.
As for Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers’ solo debut has a total of 59 mistakes logged, many of which observe details that seem out of place against the story’s 1995 backdrop. At this point, it’s well understood that online nitpicking is par for the course for any major franchise film, but hopefully Marvel fans can also find plenty to enjoy as the MCU moves into its next phase, starting with the release of Black Widow on May 1st, 2020.
Conventions are an exciting time for comic aficionados and fans of general “geek culture.” But like any large event with a lot of people involved, there’s always that element of danger. Speaking of which, as you can see in a video posted to Twitter recently, Ryan Reynolds was attending the Comic Con Experience (CCXP) in São Paulo, Brazil this weekend when he came pretty close to being crushed.
The video below shows the actor approaching screaming fans and as he gets closer, the barricade that the crowd’s standing behind begins to topple, almost landing on the Deadpool star and crushing him in the process. Luckily, Reynolds (perhaps channelling his inner superhero instincts) was able to leap out of the way in time.

Even despite almost being crushed, Ryan was quite the gentleman here, as he assisted the ushers in putting the barricade upright again whilst also making sure the fans weren’t harmed.
For those unaware, CCXP is an annual comic convention hosted in Brazil every year and has been going on since 2014. Reynolds was there this year as a guest alongside director J.J. Abrams, comic legend Frank Miller, producer Kevin Feige and many more. Though he’s got a few big projects on the horizon, he was at the event promoting his upcoming movie Free Man, in which he plays Guy, a mild-mannered bank teller who realizes that he’s actually an NPC inside a video game. You can look for it to hit theaters on July 3rd, 2020.
Meanwhile, we’re still expecting Ryan Reynolds to announce Deadpool 3 any day now. With any luck, it’ll happen before the new year. Keep those fingers crossed.
